1. General terms

Using the SiruTour flight and hotel booking service ("Platform") means you agree to the terms of this public offer. The offer is drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Service description

The Platform shows live offers from airlines and hotel aggregators and helps arrange booking and payment on the user's behalf. The Platform is not an airline or a hotel — it acts as an intermediary.

3. Booking and payment

The final price matches the amount confirmed at the moment of payment. Payments are processed through the licensed Atmos gateway using Uzcard, Humo and international cards. The Platform does not store card details.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms depend on the fare selected with the airline or hotel and are shown at the fare selection step, before payment. Refund requests are handled through support.

5. Liability

The Platform is responsible for the booking process itself, but not for the quality of services provided by the airline or hotel, including schedule changes.

6. Final provisions

The terms of this offer may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
